Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love everything from Découverte. If something isn't quite right, you can request a return within 10 days of delivery — sign in below to get started.
How it works
- Sign in to your account using the button above (or the link in your shipping confirmation email).
- Find your order and select “Request return.”
- Choose the item(s) you're returning and select a reason. If you'd prefer store credit instead of a refund, add a note saying so.
- Submit your request — we'll review it and follow up by email with next steps for sending your item back.
Return window & condition
We accept returns on unused items in original condition within 10 days of delivery, with original tags attached and proof of purchase. Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges through this portal. Instead, return your item for a refund or store credit, then shop for what you'd like instead. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If you'd rather we help you sort out sizing or a swap directly, email support@shopdecouverte.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend USPS Priority Mail with tracking so your return can be confirmed once it arrives.
Returning in person
You're welcome to return or exchange items in person at our Bridgehampton store. The same 10-day window and condition requirements apply — just bring your proof of purchase.
