Oaxacan Ceramic Coffee Mug

Handmade in Magdalena Apasco, Oaxaca from regional clay fired at 2264°F. The studio fires for weight and warmth, not delicacy — thick-walled enough to hold heat through a cappuccino, a flat white, or a slow café au lait.

The handle is wide for a proper grip. This is not a dainty cup.

Glazed with mineral pigments, free of lead and heavy metals. Subtle tonal variation between pieces is inherent to the small-batch firing process.
