The CD bud vase was designed for a florist styling a Christian Dior dinner during Paris Fashion Week — a flat surface at the top engineered to hold large wild roses upright, a practical decision that became the vase's defining line.
Mouth-blown from recycled glass by master glassblowers. Each piece is freehand blown — the pontil mark on the base is the glassblower's signature, left by the cane used to shape the glass.
